Absolutely! Whether stateside or abroad, we absolutely love to travel. Our package prices are the same whether you’re getting married locally or in a far-flung destination, and travel fees are calculated on a case-by-case basis to provide the best value for your specific date and destination. Plain and simple: YES!

We do! Because the size of the wedding doesn’t have an effect on our filming process, our pricing is generally the same as for any other wedding. However, if you only need coverage for a couple of hours for your elopement, please feel free to reach out and we can discuss options.

Currently we offer digital delivery only—videos are delivered online so you have access to a direct download. It’s super simple! All videos are delivered in 4k.

This can vary a bit depending on how busy the season is, but we have an “official” turnaround time of 2-3 months. I know that may seem like an eternity to wait, but we want to give your film the personal care and attention it deserves. That said, not to get hopes up, but we often are able to deliver sooner :)

Our typical fee schedule is 30% down as a retainer to secure your date and then the remainder is due no later than 2 weeks prior to the event. If a different payment structure is necessary, please let us know and we will do our best to work within your needs!

Hey, shit happens! And that’s more and more true these days. We allow one postponement per event, pending we have the availability to book your new date. If you need to cancel instead, that’s also okay. It’s your prerogative to cancel at any time, and our fee policy varies depending on how close to the event you cancel. This is outlined in our contract prior to booking.

We know this has become a big trend for both videography and photography, but sorry, we have chosen not to offer this. As much as we absolutely relate to wanting all the additional footage (to be fair, we would have loved to have ours!), there are two main reasons why we don’t offer this add-on:

• raw footage is unfinished work, and it doesn’t accurately represent what we do. You’re not just hiring us for what we capture, but also for our editing style and the final output, which a lot of thought, time, and care goes into.

•the other reason is practical: we shoot on cinema cameras and they produce HUGE files. Not only does it take a lot of (expensive!) storage space, but your average laptop is not going to be capable of running the files smoothly, not to mention the need for one of the expensive programs necessary to actually view the specific file types we’re working with.

We truly do sympathize with the desire, but if you choose to book us, it’s because you trust our craft and we appreciate you for that!
